Terms and Conditions
 
 
 
Payments:
•  50% of the stall value in advance accompanied with the application form
•  Balance 50 % on or before 10 days prior to the event
•  10.2 % sales tax will be levied on the total bill
•  Extra charges will be borne by the exhibitor for any requirement
    other than the standard facilities
•  Confirmation of the stall position will be based on the payement in full
 
Standard Provisions:
•  Fabricated stall(size based on the category)
•  Fasica
•  One Laminated table
•  Two Chairs
•  Two tube-lights
•  One spot-light
•  One 15A A/C socket
 
Regulations:
•  Nails/screws/permanent markers are not allowed on the Fabricated panels
•  Use of the area other than the allotted, is strictly not allowed
•  High volume on the audio or video display, thereby causing disturbance
   to the neighbouring exhibitors should be avoided
•   Misconduct and unethical attitude may lead to penalty up to cancellation
     of participation
•   Damages caused in the premises, if any, will be charged along with a penalty
 
Floor Plan:
•  The organizer may modify the floor plan at any time before the start of the event
•  Stalls will be earmarked on the receipt of duly filled application based on exhibitor's
    option and availability. The final confirmation of positions will be depending upon the
    payment in full
•  Dismantling of stalls will be allowed after 8 pm on the last day of the event
•  Should the exhibitor fail to occupy the area allotted, the organizer reserves
    the right to take up the stand
 
Indemnity:
•  The organizer will not be held responsible for damages, loss, or theft of the
    exhibitor's properties
•  The organizer reserve the right to change the date or venue due to unavoidable
    natural cause, political reasons binding the government laws
All disputes, if any, will be subjected to Chennai Jurisdiction.
